Hello,

I wonder how I can leverage the MDA approach form my BPM porjects. I would like to design process-centric solutions with BPM Systems like Intalio but I don't reaaly know how to use tols liek ModelPro to helop my team of process architects and business analysts.

BPM and MDA

Metabyte,

Linking BPM and MDA is quite natural.  Of course many BPM tools are already MDA in that they can execute the models.  The general MDA tools like ModelPro can take any model in a standard format and provide the capability to produce implementation or other artifacts using templates.  You can also dynamically execute models, but that is not as well developed.  For any meta-model, such as BPMN, you need a cartridge that takes that model and transforms it into your execution platform.  Unfortunatly we don't have such a cartridge yet - but certainly one could be built.
